Week 1 Challenge 1: Fit Dice (see picture below)
Fit Dice: Find 1 or 2 dice for this week's challenge (if you only have one die, you will have to roll it twice). Once you have rolled your dice, find the activity you must perform. Next roll your 2 dice again to see how many you times you must perform your activity. Repeat this 3-5 times (or as many as you like). Your challenge is to perform this 2 days this week. *If you do not have dice, grab a pen and paper. Tear your paper into 12 pieces and write the numbers 1 through 12 on separate sheets of paper. Fold up your 12 pieces of paper and draw 1 random paper for your activity and another paper for your amount of repetitions. |
Week 1 Challenge 2: Fit Bingo (see picture below)
Fit Bingo: This is just like playing BINGO except with exercises. Choose an exercise from the board and complete 10 reps of that exercise. Then complete another exercise. You are trying to complete 5 exercises in a row, diagonally or up and down. Repeat this 3-5 times (or as many as you like). Your challenge is to perform this 2 days this week. |
